Ping your backlinks

Pingler is a resource that I use constantly. You can use the free version, but I highly recommend the paid version that I use which costs only $2.99 per month (US), because the pings are automated and repetitive.

I can have up to 25 urls pinged every three days with this level of paid service (my IMfaceplate changes thru my RSS feed and I can automatically ping the updated content).

Also, any time you make a blog comment that results in any type of backlink to your site, you should ping the comment url (minus the #…)

Wait for the comment to be approved, then ping, because you do not know for sure when the SE spiders will re-visit the specific blog comment page.

In addition, the directory urls you achieve from the first two resources listed above should be pinged! Also, your IMfaceplate url should be pinged! Promote repeatedly any urls where your sites are listed.
