    Many groups are not that active which makes it much easier for you to establish your authority status.

    Be sure to join the group: promotion & marketing / Share your blog. Then, link to a relevant, quality post on your blog.

    A great place to republish your quality old posts (concentrate on one subject or technique). Be sure to add your RSS feed to your faceplate.

  4. Ping your backlinks

    Pingler is a resource that I use constantly. You can use the free version, but I highly recommend the paid version that I use which costs only $2.99 per month (US), because the pings are automated and repetitive.

    I can have up to 25 urls pinged every three days with this level of paid service (my IMfaceplate changes thru my RSS feed and I can automatically ping the updated content).

    Also, any time you make a blog comment that results in any type of backlink to your site, you should ping the comment url (minus the #…)

    Wait for the comment to be approved, then ping, because you do not know for sure when the SE spiders will re-visit the specific blog comment page.

    In addition, the directory urls you achieve from the first two resources listed above should be pinged! Also, your IMfaceplate url should be pinged! Promote repeatedly any urls where your sites are listed.

    This resource may take a little while to master, but the benefits are huge.

    The goal is to benefit from free search engine traffic through optimizing your site for relevant long tail keywords.

    Seed Keywords will greatly facilitate findings some long tail keywords that the rest of the world will be very slow to discover that they even exist. MASTER THIS TOOL!

    You can have dozens of sites that are connected to your RSS feed that update with your fresh content automatically. Very powerful!

    Set up a regular schedule of submitting your RSS feed to all the directories listed over a couple of weeks. The benefits are huge.

    Then, PING your directory listing urls (very important). See Pingler, above.

    It is necessary to submit your content by email, but you can include images and hyperlinks (like back to your site with keyword rich anchor text).

    There are nine different categories in which you can publish content, such as the Business Category

    This is a perfect site to republish your old quality content within a specific category.

    The most important thing to be aware of is that quality content rules!

  1. Visit Ask.com and Lycos.com


    2. Start with Ask.com and enter your site's domain address in the question box. The first page of results will generally be specific pages from your own site.

    Do not focus on these results. Skip to listings from other sites that link to you.

    With Ask.com you will see two columns of results, Web Results on the left, Helpful Resources on the right. Research results from both columns.

    Record the urls of pages that have a hyperlink to you in a spreadsheet or resource like Evernote

    Make a special notation for any site-wide hyperlink back to you (such as blog-roll link or RSS feed link).

    You want to promote those links heavily, because they will be seen by more website visitors and attract more targeted traffic.

    Repeat the process for Lycos.com and enter your domain url in the search box.

    I found it very annoying that the search engine results were often difficult to distinguish from the ad listings.

    Nevertheless, I found some backlinks that I didn't know existed and one I had totally forgotten I had created ==>> Kancyl
