OK. Let me start out with an embarrassing confession.
I was taking a quiz to see if I could predict which of two versions of a tweet got more retweets.
I almost quit taking the quiz, because at one point my success rate was 29%
Oops!
But, I kept on and completed evaluating 40 different pairs of tweets.
My success rate of predicting which tweet got more retweets???
40%! (16 correct out of 40).
While this score may seem decent, the average correct score by the public is 61%!
So, I admit I got depressed at how badly I was doing and quit the quiz before completion (don’t really know the total number of tweet pairs in the quiz).
But I am alerting you to this quiz, because the site has a free process where you can test two different versions of your own tweet.
The software algorithm has a successful prediction rate of about 67%, and I really want to increase blog traffic.

It seems that the algorithm “used a data set of around 11,000 paired tweets — two tweets about the same link sent by the same person.”
Big data sets can produce very fruitful insights and improve Internet marketing.
One of the benefits of getting better at prediction may be that you will get better at creation (as in highly retweeted tweets).
So, my suggestion is that you should include this retweet test for every tweet you schedule.
I certainly hope that I can improve both my predictive ability concerning retweets as well as my ability to create tweets that attract substantial retweets.
